Dry Needling
Dry needling used selectively to support symptom relief and movement as part of a broader physiotherapy plan.
About this service
Care that starts with your goals.
Dry needling uses fine, sterile, single-use needles to target selected muscles or sensitive points. When it is clinically appropriate, it may be used to reduce local sensitivity or make movement and exercise more comfortable.
It is not a stand-alone treatment. The decision to use dry needling follows an assessment and a discussion of expected benefits, alternatives, precautions and possible side effects. You can decline needling at any time.
