GLA:D® is an evidence-based education and exercise program designed to help people understand osteoarthritis, remain active and build confidence in managing symptoms.
The program focuses on movement quality, lower-body strength and functional tasks. Exercises are adapted to your starting level and progressed as your control and capacity improve.
